Our mission as the premier Tucson salon and day spa is to create long lasting relationships with our clients by providing superior services, education, and products that enhance image and well-being.
Salon Nouveau supports dozens of local agencies and charitable organizations each year including: KUAT, the Tucson Botanical Gardens, the Women’s Foundation for Southern Arizona, Handi-dogs and the Humane Society of Southern Arizona.
We do not require our clients pay in advance for scheduled appointments, with the exception of complex situations involving several staff members and guests. We do ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to move or cancel an appointment. The more warning we get, the more likely we will be able to re-book your time and our staff can get paid.
We understand that everyone occasionally forgets or has emergency schedule changes, so your first and second “no show” or late cancellation is “on the house.” After your second no show or late cancellation, you will be required to pay in advance by credit card to book your next appointment.
